Postage, Packing and Payment

The charges given below apply to all items purchased. Postage and packing charges relate to value of orders as follows:

Under   £15.00  -  £2.95

£15.00 - £29.99 - £3.95

£30.00 - £39.99 - £4.95

£40.00 - £59.99 - £5.95

£60.00 and over - £6.95

 We can ship to most overseas destinations. Overseas postal charges tend to be 25% higher than those above. Overseas and UK customers can pay for their purchases via our website using a secure PayPal facility. Payments can also be made by cheque but please contact us first by telephone or e-mail. Orders paid by cheque will be processed and dispatched after the cheque has cleared.

We will contact you as soon as possible if items ordered are out of stock or unavailable. Standard delivery times will normally be between 3-5 working days. Some special orders may take longer (up to 28 days). We will inform you by phone or email if this seems likely. We will also inform you if an item is not in stock and give you the option of a backorder with an estimated delivery date or an alternative item.
