Rajmahal Art Silks are strong, lustrous and versatile threads which work wonderfully for many forms of needlecraft, adding a very special finish to even the simplest of work. The thread is well suited to embroidery and needlecraft of all styles, including silk ribbon, stumpwork, smocking, lace-making, cross stitch, quilting, canvas work, petite point, weaving, fringe and tassel making and braiding.
The Art Silk skeins are stranded, with 6 strands of 8 metres in every skein.
Rajmahal Art Silks are hand-dyed and the shades complement each other to provide perfect shading.
Due to the fact these threads are hand-dyed there may be a slight variation in shade between batches.
